Terms of Service

1. What XHuntr Is

XHuntr is a Telegram bot that monitors public X (Twitter) activity and delivers real-time alerts to subscribed users. XHuntr is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to X Corp. (formerly Twitter, Inc.), Telegram Messenger, or any other third-party platform mentioned in these terms.

By starting the bot or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Third-Party Platform Dependency

XHuntr depends entirely on third-party platforms — primarily X (Twitter) and Telegram — to function. We have no control over these platforms and no affiliation with them.

X Corp. may at any time change, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to its platform, APIs, or internal systems in ways that partially or fully disable XHuntr. This includes but is not limited to: API policy changes, authentication requirement changes, rate limit changes, account suspensions, or a complete shutdown of X.

In the event of a service disruption caused by X or any other third-party platform, XHuntr will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service but cannot guarantee restoration, timelines, or feature parity. Disruptions of this nature are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Similarly, if Telegram changes its Bot API, payment systems, or platform policies in a way that affects XHuntr, we cannot be held liable for resulting disruptions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

XHuntr offers the following paid plans:

• →Weekly — 7 days of access
• →Monthly — 30 days of access
• →Yearly — 365 days of access

A free trial is available to new users. Trial length may change at any time for new sign-ups. Existing trials are honoured at the length granted at sign-up.

Payments are accepted in SOL (on-chain Solana). By initiating a payment you confirm you are authorised to use the wallet provided.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. On-chain SOL transactions are irreversible by nature.

On-chain SOL transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain and your subscription is activated, no refund can be issued.

No refunds will be issued for:

• →Service interruptions caused by X Corp., Telegram, or any other third-party platform
• →Unused portions of a subscription period
• →Temporary degraded performance or feature unavailability
• →Account termination due to violation of these Terms
• →Voluntary cancellation or change of mind after payment

If XHuntr voluntarily discontinues the Service permanently, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers in advance. No compensation or refund is guaranteed in this event.

5. Not Financial Advice

XHuntr provides informational alerts about public X activity. Nothing produced by XHuntr — including community creation alerts, contract address (CA) detections, or any other signal — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Crypto markets are highly volatile. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information received through XHuntr. XHuntr bears no liability for any losses incurred.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use XHuntr to:

• →Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• →Harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• →Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• →Share access with others on a single-user plan
• →Use automated tools to interact with the bot beyond normal use
• →Engage in market manipulation or any form of financial fraud

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any account that violates these terms, with no refund of any paid subscription.

7. Service Availability

XHuntr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation of the Service. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server issues, third-party outages, or platform changes may cause temporary or extended downtime.

Subscription time is not paused or extended during periods of downtime unless explicitly communicated otherwise by XHuntr.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XHuntr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of XHuntr shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Affiliate / Referral Program

XHuntr operates a referral program that pays SOL commissions to users who refer new paying subscribers. Commission rates and program terms may change at any time. Commissions are only paid on confirmed SOL payments. Referral commissions are forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms. XHuntr reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions suspected of being generated through fraud or abuse.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify active users via the bot. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by sending /stop or /delete to the bot. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, with no obligation to provide a refund.
