What XHuntr Is

XHuntr is a Telegram bot that monitors public X (Twitter) activity — community joins, community creations, tweeted contract addresses, and pinned tweet changes — and sends alerts to subscribed users on Telegram. XHuntr is operated as an independent product.

Data We Collect

When you start the bot, we store the following from Telegram:

  • Your Telegram chat ID (a numeric identifier assigned by Telegram)
  • Your Telegram username, if you have one set
  • Your Telegram first name, as provided by Telegram
  • The X (Twitter) usernames you choose to track
  • Your notification preferences (created/joined/CA/pinned alerts on or off)
  • Your subscription plan and expiry date
  • Your referral code and slug (for the affiliate program)
  • Who referred you, if you joined via a referral link
  • Referral commission history, if you refer others

We do not collect your phone number, email address, or any other personal information. We never ask for passwords.

Payment Data

XHuntr uses on-chain Solana payments. When you initiate a payment, the bot generates a unique Solana wallet address for your transaction. We store:

  • The generated wallet public key and encrypted private key (temporary — deleted after payment confirmation or expiry)
  • The SOL amount and plan type you selected
  • The payment expiry timestamp

We do not store your personal wallet address or any information about your broader on-chain activity. Payments are verified on-chain automatically.

How Data Is Used

Your data is used exclusively to operate the bot:

  • Sending you alerts when tracked X accounts have activity
  • Managing your subscription and access level
  • Preventing duplicate alerts from being sent
  • Responding to your commands (/track, /list, /upgrade, etc.)

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your tracked accounts with other users.

Data Storage

All data is stored in a SQLite database on a private server. The server is not publicly accessible. Backups are retained for up to 7 days and then deleted.

X (Twitter) Data

XHuntr monitors public X accounts using proprietary infrastructure. We only observe activity on public accounts. We do not access private accounts, direct messages, or any non-public content. The X usernames you choose to track are stored in our database but not shared with other users.

Data Retention

Your data is kept as long as you have an account in the bot. If you have not interacted with the bot in over 12 months and have no active subscription, your data may be deleted. Alert history is automatically trimmed to the last 500 entries per tracked user to limit database growth.

Deleting Your Data

To delete all your data, send /stop or /delete to @XHuntrbot. This removes your subscriber record, tracked usernames, alert history, and any pending payment data from our database.

Third Parties

XHuntr uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Telegram — message delivery
  • Solana RPC — on-chain payment verification
  • TwitterAPI.io — supplemental tweet data (your tracked usernames are sent as API queries)
  • DexScreener — token market data displayed in CA alerts (no personal data sent)

Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify active users via the bot before the changes take effect.
